Dear sir/mam,
my self sachin salekar leaving in mumbai.
my problem is previous comapny not realesed my reveling letter.
below are the points,
1 I am resining on immediate effect date i.e 16/7/2013,because family probelm
2 I am not joined any comapny till two months.
3 2nd sept i am joined one MNC company
4 No salary transaction between this period
5 Now company said i am in Abscondig case
6 But in this period they are not communicate with this issue or sending any notice to me
7 I am calling in this period to them many times no reply from them
8 They are refusing to given me my releving letter.
9 So current comapny given me 8th oct 2013 time
10 I complaint given to MLA for this issue, they calling them but they create other issue & send me mail for threaten to the management of company
11 I reply to them but not revert from company
pls suggest me on for getting my releing letter.
