Hi I am a student indeed of your help.
I have a marketing assignment in which question one wanted me to write a swot analysis of an organisation on my choice. I chose a bank and have done a swot analysis
Question 2. Says the emergent operational level marketing priorities which must now be addressed within the next one year period together with strategic level marketing initiatives to be scheduled over the next 3years. Here am supposed to make a schedule of operational and strategic marketing priorities over a planning horizon of 3 full calendar years. Honestly I don't know how to go about this. I don't know how to write a schedule please guide and open me up. It's 400words

Am a student currently am doing marketing the question wants me to do MARKETING PERFOMANCE TARGETS for each of the 3years for sales volume, sales value and organisational profit contribution. Am supposed to use figures for the next 3 years period for revenue and profit, allocated to each major market segment and adder gated into a summarized statement of marketing dept perfomance .it is assumed that the marketing function drives the sales perfomance

(1) PESTLE which stands for Political, Economical, Societal, Technological, Industrial, Legal and Environmental challenges which lie ahead of you.
(2) Porter's Five Forces - which are (1) Rivalry among industries, (2) threat of new entrants (3) substitutes, (4) Capacity of buying power of customers (5) Status of suppliers
You can suitably apply these in whichever industry you propose to develop SWOT
