Dear All,
I am working with a manufacturing company as a HR- Executive. i used to deposit arrear amount through omitted wages (on line) as per instruction from my boss. But i am not still clear on the procedure to do that. Although i have gone through the previous post on this forum regarding deposit of esic contribution on arrear payment (after salary revision or D.A increase) bt the confusion is still there, Plz guide me on how to make the contribution on this amount.
Let me ask this through an example; if the salary revision is done or approved on september'13 but with effect from april' 13, then how to pay the contribution amount on arrear amount from April'13 to August'13.
Plz provide some valuable suggestion on this.

I try to educate u in simplest method.....
Whom you want to pay contribution on arrears.....you have to file supplementary contribution thru the link of file monthly contributions, duly mentioning the revised salary......this u have to do for all months.....
Thereafter u go for generate challan link and take the print of contribution due arised due to filing of arrears wages.....
Hope ur doubt is cleared...

Dear All,
I am working with a manufacturing company as a HR- Executive. February 2018 ESIC Arrears i have to pay. How can pay February-18 ESI Arrears contribution. Plz provide some valuable suggestion on this

Dear Concerned
In ESI, no need to pay any arrears. That option itself not available in ESI.
Reason is because;
All the arrears amount you pay to employees along with the monthly salaries. So, the arrears is already added to the gross earnings. Since ESI contributions are calculated on total earnings, that means you are paying the contributions to the arrears amount also in the same month.
Therefore, no need to go back to previous month to remit the contribution since you have already paid the contribution to that arrears.
