Without offer letter dont join. But if its a small kpo with few employees, they might be not following all these. So join it.

Well, Its all upto you, your quaification, skills and experience, If you find the company is good and have better career opportunities further as well as scope of learning then you should go for otherwise if you confident enough to get a better package then better to wait and grab an opportunity where you find a higher level of satisfaction with company profile, your role, package etc. Also, consult with your friends or classmates about the package etc.

I Completely agree with you, Its a Leading KPO and they are providing less salary, I have Intership experience at GE was getting Rs 18,000 in hand. How shall I convince to increase salary in offer. Pls Suggest I have 1 day time.

Always it is upto you to accept the offer or not / to join or not. But the question is whether you are presently working and getting Rs.18000 in hand? If so, then you should not leave your present job. On the other hand if you are not presently working anywhere and if you are very badly in need of a job, then you should join; or else you may try for better opportunity.

Hello Saumya,
It is up to u whether to accept it or reject it. Here I want to lead yr direction in coming global recession so according to my opinion u must have to grab the opportunities. See dear, in learning stage salary is not important but the work which u will learn will be most important.

Dear Soumya,
You can ask and also get good suggestions but the matter is not related to any Policy, Practice, Law, Regulation, Plan......so it will be batter if you decide by self according to your Competency, whether you should join at that much or not.
And about Offer letter I would like to suggest you that, till a lot of small Organisations in our Country those are not able provide written correspondence with Employees.
Thank You

From your post it is understood that you were having internship with GE and was getting Rs. 18000/- but at present you do not have any job on hand, so it is advisable to join the KPO rather than sitting idle at home. With regards to Offer Letter they must not have the HR to get all the practices done before hand, so after joining draft an appointment letter yourself and get it signed by the Authorized Signatory. Slowly and gradually incorporate all practices and after that if you still find your salary to be lower search a decent job of your choice and salary and leave.

Dear soumya
its a suggestion to you if you want to take as advise plz do not join any KPO specially for KPO be casue in the first job if you are working in kpo it will stop your over all performance becasue in mfg indusstries they not ready to take KPO people becasue its also fact that KPO person not able to fight with authories due to there business problem and some timeafter they are treated as only consdulting agent
