hi dear all,
i am a student of pgdbm in hr...we have been assigned a project in which we have to explain how a manager could be made bullet proof using problem solving skills...how a manager handles a situation in which a problem has arised and it needs step by step process where the problem could be solved in a cool and calm way without being frustated and should be very cautious in a problematic situation...please help me in the managerial skill of problem solving.

Please follow a decision making process ( including decision making tree). this will help you to filter your decision at every step.... after that you will also get aware about every positive and negative aspect of your decision made for a particular problem...after this process whtever the decision youn will make would be best .....
