Dear Friends,
We have 80 employees strength including direct and contract workers. We have applied for Factory license and have not yet received the same. Should we start with the provision of deductions for PF and ESIC. As it is only after receiving the Factory license we can proceed for enrollment under EPF and ESIC.
Kindly guide me as to how to proceed with the statutory deductions. Thanks in advance.

You can register for ESI and EPF.If the ESI/PF authorities insist for Factory registration ,wait for it. Varghese Mathew
