Is provident Fund applicable on Dearness Allowances,even if the wages paid are above the minimum wages.

Hi Yes PF contribution is on both Basic & DA. If the basic wages is above 6500/- then you shall restrict to the ceiling limit.

i want a help or rather an information.
i was working in an small manufacturing company in pune. i left the job for better prospectus. bt when i left the job i asked for final settlement but did not got any PF amount. when i asked our MD told that company do not have any PF code but as per my knowledge 12% PF deduction was made from our salary monthly. i worked there for 1.5months. our salary was in cash & after that i got to know that many employees were not on muster roll. the HR was wife of our MD sir. when i asked for appointment letter she use to say when i need it i will get for giving in next company. now my new company is asking me for appointment letter & experience letter i got experience letter bt they didnt mentioned months of experience. that was my first job so was unaware of these fraudelent things. but now i told all my working friends over there about this thing but no action is been taken. they also want help. plz suggest me how i can get my PF.? & what should i do?

hi.... So if you have offer letter than proceed for complaint. If you don’t have any proof so go for attendance proof. regards, ram
