Please help me out, our driver met with a road accident and his right leg had been cut during operation. So he is covered in Insurance so what should be his claim amount according to WC act.

Please report the fact of the same to Insurance Co. They will fill claim form. Please fill it and give it to them. They will settle the claim to him
as per W.C. Act based on the age, salary drawn etc into consideration.
