Can anyone please help me out. I need to know what all topics can be used as training topics for newly joined staffs in a hospital?
It can be anything ight from HR topics, Nursing topics, Technician Training, Quality topics etc.

Hello Avik,
If you have joined recently, you can check the hospital's past records.to get an idea of the relevant topics of training.
Besides the topics you have mentioned above, please make sure the new recruits are given Induction training i.e. introduction of all the staff/doctors, their responsibilities, facilities available, hospital procedures etc. Although I am from the industrial background, I think Induction training would be more or less common and essential in any type of organisation.
Working in a hospital also requires certain amount of patience, understanding and proper communication. So I would suggest if you think of trainings like listening skills, effective communication, how to handle negative feedback etc. it would be helpful. You can further research this cite for topics in your area.
