Hi All, I have finished creating a Code of Conduct policy for my Company which is into Software business.
After completing the same, I got a doubt whether Internet access, Smoking, Personal calls etc come under this policy. The policy I created has generalised subject of protecting the interests of the Organization and avoiding conflicts among staff.
Please suggest in case any one has some opinion on this.

Internet access, Smoking, Personal calls, Abusive mails, power consumption (switch off electricity) etc will definitely come under this policy.
