Hey Folks,
Its been long time since I posted a topic in this website. We are planning to have some events in our Company for christmas, Planning to start from the second week of December. We (HR) are totaly confused how to go about it. We have plans like Conducting Games like Secret Angel, Collage, Arranging Christmas Tree, Cutting Cake.
I request you to Kindly Let me know what are the different games/activities we can organise on the occassion of Christmas/New Year.

Hi Pramod,
May be you guys could arrange for some indoor sports event and the winners and runner up could be given a treat in the Christmas celebration...... find out what the employees are interested in.
Passing the secret could be a nice and funny game even if its an old game...one can find out how information gets missed or added up during its travel from one person to another.
Scrambbles, lodoos etc can also be played depending on majority interest... Dumbsharats will also be enjoyable....

I am fully agree with all those who has given sincer advice for Xmas celebration apart from it,you can add
1) Do some creative work thought like collage making on the spot or on the same day or give a theim to or invite a theim from all department, and the best will be awarded.
2) Best working or dicipline followed award by people (like wearing Helmat, using seat belt while driving, Good parking sence etc)
3) children/ ward activity like painting or resitation program etc) that you can take care of Employee and their family.
