Very interesting...definitely out of box........

Iam not joking it did happen one day with me...i have been to interview for a change of job, i found that Line manager extremely good................had his mob no thru the front office person.........poached him for our company.....................

While i was working for a consultancy we used to go to coffee days, barsita.....life style.......shoppers stop on duty to poach people CSRs with good communication skills...........  .infact we even poached poeple calling customer care centre (husch..airtel..just dial)giving them our number to contact...and also their references for CSR positions for our clients (BPOs)

Infact infact I have poached administrator from icfai for one of our clients...only while i went to ask her my marks report........

Recently in my new company while interviewing for campus placements........i happen to meet the dept head of architecture.............we have recruited her for one of our requirements in senior level (ek saboon lo tho doosra FREE!!!)

Its nothing but the tact & marketing thats going on....................and we now say how do we retain people................policies...bonus...etc     etc.......

YES HR you can say that..........i was asked to fill 28 positions in a weeks time............to handle it alone was a tough task.............when there is no other go you become too aggressive........by hook or crook you would need it........i could arrange interviews for 60 people in the very first day and totally 378 people in a weeks time...........it was given to 4 other consultancies...............all the positions were closed by ME.................( iam proud to say that)...........( with all these innovative idiotic........hopeless ideas....but it works   ..)
But that was for ITES recruitments( CSR/TSR), case is different when you work in a company and recruit for your own organization............ITS NOT EASY BUT DEFINITELY NOT TOUGH... :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

But you see these are the real marketing tricks, which we need to muster. Because in this way we can target a large number of people and be specific about our requirements.

Suppose you are looking for a candidate to be recruited in ur own city then instead of surfing through monster, naukri, giving advertisement in newspapers, it is better to meet them at workplace itself, or at places wherein these so called victims can be found so as to catch them and give to some company,,,

Because out of 100 people who work in company X there are only 55 people having resumes on naukri, monster, times, out of these 55 only some 30 have updated their resumes, may be only 80 people read newspapers attentively for jobs job fairs etc. , but the major thing is all 100 go to work and can be hunted for at their workplaces..

IN weekends almost a major people go to pics, pubs, malls,, so just we can also celebrate weekend and do some work also

PS> I have never tried the above mentioned ideas myself ,,, just came into my mind and posted it ,,,,

Hi All,
I have recommended these ideas to the company where i did my internship. I will check with them if they have implemented some and what are the results. I even offered jobs to the customer care personnel of many companies and got the results and was able to meet the target.
It actually works
