I am working on a project of framing a training program for Software developers,
It is not related to any particular language. It has to be a general one where in team work activities, software skills, Personality development and some other aspects could be included.
It has to be a weeks program.
So it means i need to know 7 topics that i could include in that program.
i really need to know that what is the general practice these days as far as training to the software people is imparted.
Any document, research papers and books along with you invaluable ideas are welcomed.
