We have 21/10/7 days Privilage /sick / cashual leave per year for our company. Can we encash sick and cashual leave on termination of service. please advice.

Such issues are company policy dependent. Usually sick leave and casual leaves are not encashed. regards, Kamal

Dear Kartha,
Privilage Leaves are encashable mandatorily. However if you want to encash the Sick Leave or Casual Leaves Like Mr. Kamal said it is your wish. I can say one thing for sure that it would not be illegal to encash them.
