And also said me that i am Hr Manager in Astin Technology pvt ltd (I.T. company).I have done some cross check and come to know that she is a Hr Executive in the company and company is not moving any where. So please anyone lemme know about HR executive package?
And what kind of question i should frame to crosscheck the background.

She is lying upfront which can be easily verified, I would suggest you drop this candidate and look for another. However, if you and your company are OK with this (considering she is not being offered any senior level than the HR manager position she lied about) then you can go ahead! You should bring this to the notice of your employer, making a placement with a false candidate is no good. You should rather think about making a placement which has some credibility.
Normally these things whether a company is moving or not are not verified but you went an extra step ahead and verified that (kudos to you on the BC check) but lying about designation is certainly not acceptable.
The normal Checks are
Date of employment
Designation
Salary
But you can add as many questions as you seem fit (please do consider that your checks should not reveal that this Lady is seeking employment as this may Jeopardise her current emplyment).
Thanks

As usual there isn't much data to reflect upon to provide the right in-puts, however, using experience I would add...

There is no one rule fit for all policy here.

Salaries, Compensation and Benefits, differ from sector to sector, so look within your sector to see how your salaries compare with the others.

Having said this looking into the future and your company wants to get ahead of the race, they will have to hire "smart people" and smart people come only at a premium. If the specifications of the job description are clear, the first principle of hiring is potential - present and future - Professionalism, Communication Skills, Attitude, Temperament, Energy, Confidence, Intellectual Curiosity.

In this case you want to hire someone who will hire the future talents then this person has to be really very "smart"

Possesses extremely good Communication Skills (Spoken/Written)

・ has Self-Awareness

・ is Proactivity

・ can Multi-Task

・ has the Ability to Prioritize

・ is Enthusiastic

・ has Integrity

・ Works well in teams

・ has Good self-organization and Organizational Awareness

・ is Effective in Problem Solving

・ has Self-Awareness, Proactivity

・ has the Ability to Influence

・ is Effective in Decision Making

・ shows Learning Agility

・ is Technical savvy

・ finally, is likeable by all.

The paying such a resource handsomely is not going to be grouse. Having said that I would say please try to see how many of the skill that the prospect can match up to enable you take a decision on a salary fitment.

There is a very old saying, "You pay pea-nuts, you will get monkey's."

There are some industry salary comparison websites. I used one calls Salary in India, Salary Survey, Minimum Wage in India - PayCheck.in
According to them, a HR executive with 2 years experience will earn about 18-20k
Of course, locations, companies and segments would make a difference. IT companies probably pay more.
However, if someone is lying, then she should not be considered as other things she say may equally be at fault.

Divya, There is only one branch of Astin Technology pvt. ltd.( Noida) in world wide. So there is no chance to relocating.

Divya,
The recruitment process is meant to find the right candidate.
If the person is lying about her designation and salary I would not hire such a person.
How can you trust one that lies at the very outset.
My suggestion do not employ her.
