can anybody tell me electricity as source of media can anybody personal computer can be hacked if yes how it is done
explaination , via video , via animation will be added advantage
and even through electricity phone can be recorded if yes how ,
if i am going out people can sit at their place and watch me where i am going and what i may be purchasing , is there are any software as such

Why do you want to know this?
I would just like to remind you that hacking (keeping aside the actual term, and knowing how it is used in modern times) is unethical and can lead to legal problems.
So the curiosity is why do you wish to know if any PC or any mobile can be hacked or not.
Please understand that unless we know the motive behind the question asked, how are we to answer this?

because this things are happening with me ,my previous co are doing this
they want me to rejoin the co , i am in dilemma whether this is legal or illegal
i feel its illegal my company things that they arent doing anything wrong
from their view point it is not illegal,
my intention is not to harm anybody

Actually after writing my above post, i tried to research and found your story.
All things apart, to answer your queries -
1. Is it possible to hack a PC of a person.
A - For a layman, it is not possible. Saying so as I am from IT background.
Hacking requires using of lots many algorithms, permutation and combination and several things.
2. Is it possible to trace your calls/msgs/phone.
A - It all depends. Like today's smart phones has a feature that checks us in or at any location that we go automatically using the GPS and satellite connectivity. So if that feature is switched on with my mobile, all the people in my network probably will get to know where I am.

And in order to just guide you simpler, I would like to suggest you following:
1. Check your cell phone settings for such features.
2. If you have logged in to Facebook or other social media sites, check for similar settings there as well.
3. If you think you are being traced by your number, change your number, and try to get a new number in the name of your father.

So your doubt that your company has hacked your PC is not convincing.
Tracing your locations via cell phones-
It is very simple to know about your whereabouts if you keep such settings on.
And if your such settings are on, you can't blame others to know where you are as you gave permission (knowingly or unknowingly) to such software/apps to publish the locations and your whereabouts.
