Dear seniors,
In advance I am thankful for your input and help. I started a partnership firm with a friend of mine who also invested in seed capital. After a year, seeing the potential of the markets and demands of our goods, now I want to convert it into pvt. ltd company by selling share to friends and close family one.
I have gone through many websites and articles about sharing shares/ equity but still am not sure about it. How can I calculate the shares of my company? Or how much shares we can give to shareholders?
Please help.
Sincerely
Ben
