Dear Seniors/Friends

Recently i have give an interview in a japanese company which is in New Delhi,India. In the final round of interview he said that since you have experience only in Indian companies. So you will bring Indian culture in this company too.What you want to say in this matter?

and further he asked so many tricky question and i was not able to give the answer. I applied for ADMIN EXECUTIVE and i have total exp 3years. and now i again need to go there for the final round of interview.

You are requested to please give the ans of the below questions:

1. How can we select you since you have no exp in the japanese company and if we select you then you will fetch Indian culture in this company too.

2. Being an Admin Executive what you will do new things for the company?

3. How you will be a successful person?

4 Since you have wonderful academic background then you want to go in ADMIN instead of HR?

i wil be so thankful to you for this and any response from your end wil be so helpful to me..

please give me the ans of the above questions.

a) Methods of administration do not change because H. O. of the company is located in some specific country.

b) Indian culture is not bad as such.

c) Diversity brings dynamism. Hence every company should have diverse workforce.


2. Being an Admin Executive what you will do new things for the company?

For this first I need to understand how the administration goes on here. It is too early to comment at this stage. It will take about 2-3 months for gap analysis..

3. How you will be a successful person?

(a) By meeting deliverables attached to my job (b) by growing professionally and financially.

4 Since you have wonderful academic background then you want to go in ADMIN instead of HR?

Administration and HR go hand in hand. One complements the another. Administration is foundation for every organisation. I will be able to add value by making strong this foundation.
