Respected everyone, The recruitment process followed by us is entirely based on academic qualification. If the student is having 90% of marks then he is declared as excellent student ,80%,70% and 60% are tolerable but below that is not even allowed to sit for interview.According to me the student who secures 90% marks is no doubt a dedicated student but he may not be so intelligent. On the contrary students securing 55% and less are careless, studies the night before the exam and performs satisfactory.

What i want to say is-- if a careless students becomes dedicated he can easily get 90%.Need is the source of dedication.and in corporate everyone comes because of need. This means 55% marks holder will do better in corporate. So, why these students are not given chance in most of the college campussing when it comes to top MNC's.

Dear Pradip
While I agree that what you say is correct and that percentage does not determine your intelligence courtesy to our education system, but this does show a person's dedication and speak for a person.
This is a criteria to determine the dedication and hard work an employee can put because of the consistency he has shown in his past. and again this is not a Hard Fact.
The reason why companies look for that while campus is because they want to know how serious you are about your career to make an effort to study.
As in the film 3 Idiots, people do not study to learn, they study to earn!!!
