what is CTC stands for, also what do you mean by earning heads.
the situation is like this, we at the company offer 2 kind off accommodation, 1st type for single male either in labor camp if he is a labor, or shared accommodation for junior staff.
if the staff member is married it can be arranged b4 he comes that the offer should include either an accommodation or HRA. the problem with the junior staff who come on an offer letter that the company will provide the sharing accommodation, and then when they get married they start asking for accommodation allowance. i am trying to control this issue, any suggestions.

hi
CTC stands for total COST TO COMPANY includes monthly heads,
quarterly heads, annual heads and retirement benefits.
you can include one more condition in offer letter to unmarried people that after getting married the accommodation allowance will be included in HRA and it will stand cancel once you get married.
this is my opinion, Please seek an expert view.
thanks
madhu
