hi
i have been selected through campus placements in IBM GTS TSS services as System Support Representative , i am B.E. electronics from Mumbai university, i wanted to know that is this good enough to join? i mean , how is the career growth in this field, what is the career ladder ? can i switch the department in IBM after some time?

Thus far I understand, a System Support Rep is called a System Administrator. IBM GTS is the largest provider of IT outsourcing services and the integration on the Client side is high.
