Work Experience : 7.5 years in BPO Industry as Senior Associate.
Last Job was with BA Continuum India Pvt Ltd
Last CTC : 3.85lacs ( per month was Rs 28000)
Recently i have completed a Practical HR Generalist Training.
Modules covered in Practical HR Generalist Training :
HR legal compliances (PF Gratuity, EDLI, ESI)
Payroll (designing of salary structure) Slabs of professional income tax
Other HR generalist function like Performance Appraisal, SWOT analysis, Equal Remuneration act.
Recruiters function : Manpower Planning, Steps involved in recruitment, Workmen Compensation act.
I am looking for a jHR ob as I am seeking a career wherein my education as well as experience can be effectively utilised. I would prefer an opportunity to work with the HR team to gain hands-on experience and grow parallel with the organization.
I have applied for several HR Executive /Generalist post but i haven't received any reply.
I have spoken to many placement hiring for HR Executive Job and answer i have received is that they need a experienced person.
How do i start a career in HR?
