I am presently working in Manufacturing industry for past 5 years in Payroll section
I would like to know in detail as how to design an HR manual for newly set up Hospitals.
This Hospital would be set up in Pune (Yerawada) and would be of 150 beds around 500 employees and its going to be a Multi-Speciality hospital.
Is there any site or book wherein I can get to see the sample HR policy or manual for hospitals.
Your guidance is highly awaited..Pl help.

Framing an HR Policy for any company is an Interesting and Rewarding work. You'll be better professional after working on the Intricacies.
I have a copy the 'Staff Service Rules' of 'Christian Medical College - Vellore'. The only catch is that I have it in Hard Copy.
