Dear Preeti,
You can request your employer for providing salary certificate. Explain this situation to the new company and provide them the salary certificate along with a copy of your appointment letter of present company. Hope the new company will understand and accept it.

Dear Preeti,
Your Appointment Letter, as mentioned by Prabhat, remains the best proof of your CTC. Additionally, how were the information on the date and time for salaries disbursal, every month communicated? Did your employer send you all an email, or was it through notice board? Were you given any hike , since you joined? How was that communicated? Even though, you don't need any proof beyond the Appointment Letter, an Internal Memo can often act as a document for reference.

Dear Preeti,
Ms. (Cite Contribution) has rightly mentioned. I missed the point whether you got any increment in your salary or not. If Yes, how it was communicated, notifying individuals or a common notice for all. From my experience, I guess, it might have circulated by a common notice only. Anyway, they must have taken your signature on cash voucher's while paying your salary. You can also request your HR & try to get copies of such voucher's from Accounts / HR department. All these (Copy of Appointment Letter / Salary Certificate & Copy of Cash Vouchers for last three months) will be enough for your purpose.

There are hundreds of companies around where there are no systems or procedures for appointments, increments, promotions, terminations etc. Everything is carried out verbally. Sich small organisations cant afford to have any HR related activities at all as their focus is entirely different. Invariably the management is run by one-man owner and employees are hired and fired at will. If he likes he may give increment and promotion every month also and if in the owner's opinion the employee is not performing upto his expectations, he is sacked the same moment.
I doubt whether such things exist in the present case.

Dear Preeti,
if employer didn't provide you any latter or salary slip from your previous employer then you have one way to solve your problem. you ask to account dept to provide xerox copy of Cash voucher. that is proof of your salary.

Dear Preety,
You can show your joining letter & increment letter where your salary must be mentioned and again you can ask your last employer to give your releaving letter with mentioning your last salary drawn. that can be shows as a proof of your salary.

Dear Preeti,
There are numbers of organisation where salary slip are being not provided to their employee, and are paying the salaries in Cash. In this respect, if your new employer demanding salary slip, then you say him real fact, and provide the offer letter which mentioned your salary packages etc. In this case I think '(Cite Contribution)', 'Nirav Gandhi' and 'Sundram' suggestions are right. Also, you demand from your past employer relieving certificate which should need to mention your last payment of salary.

Hi Sundaram,
Yes in the present time also there are companies which do not provide appointment letter, reliving letter or any such documents which shows certain person is working in the company. I myself have seen such companies. They are mostly small scale companies.
