Dear Vsahil313,

Its been 5 years now from the time you've completed your education in MCA. Way far of dreams, perpetual needs on financial background cornered hence this. Your experience and earings in BPO must be satisfactory to the needs observed by you, what if you start in a software company as a fresher --

Will you be able to cope up the expenses?

It's not that I nor any body stops you from longing but understand the decisive factor involved -

- You need to have a course (of your interest) certified inorder to keep yourself updated as clients desire these recent times.

- Join a newly developing software company

- You may be taken as a fresher (definitely, not by experience)

- Does salary matter to you? Yes, in that case you may need to compromise.

Significantly, affirmative thoughts on your current situation --

- BPO's have high demands forgood performers [with good perks & promotions]

- No matter Bpo's sound easy but these sectors have high stipulation for growth strategies.

- In Bpo's you've the IJP's and lateral movements (suitable to your criteria) you may choose to overlie.

- Mostly companies that support Software products, you may also have a chance to win an abroad travel/ position deisred through your performance.

Future depends on the path we opt, hence CHOOSE WISELY..!
