Also once the training effectiveness is gathered how can we measure the trainer's effectiveness overall from the feedback received.

There are varied forms viz., soft skills feedback form/pocess-related feedback form/ CSR related etc. Although forms vary on parameters designed for the basis of effective training to a purticular line of business.
