Well as it is your first job and shows your interest in HR and working currently too, you may go further by earning education and experience.

You can certainly go for PGDHRM also must go for SAP- HR which will be a value added skills and help you to establish yourself in HR but you also need to be focus and determine to it. You have basic education which is different than your future career plan so can be bit difficult but if you'd go for it sincerely can reach your goal and get success.

Now tell me what are your present work profile and you are doing in this regard. You again not answered my questions above, so please provide more information.

Lastly, you must continue your job with HR if you are working presently and try to learn and grab the knowledge of HR and Functions as much as you can. You are also advised to spent time as much as you can give to CiteHR by reading discussions about topics such as you can read and understand the things related to ESIC & EPF rules and Granularity calculation, work style and more about labour laws

Thank you sir for your response,

I am not doing job in HR anymore since last to last month i and few of my colleague were asked to leave the job due to man power deduction in our company, and due to some reason to prefer employees with more then 2 years of experience. I gave many interviews but then again the same problem that no one prefer candidate without an HR degree/diploma, though i have good communication and confidence level. I don't praise myself but have got such compliments.

I have handled internal recruitment, induction training, and was involved in (retention) Conducting meeting with new joiners, solving their query, working on their suggestions, and make them learn skills, motivate them to work with positive attitude ,Taking telephonic interviews as per the job description to check for their communication skills, truthfulness of resume, expected salary and confidence level as per the job description, Understanding the job requirement, source and select the best consultants, job portal, get the feedback, schedule the interviews, lining up candidates with senior manager. I know that its a junior level profile and their are many other things to learn in HRM like CTC, payroll processing etc. But without getting chance how could one get to learn.
