I am working as HR in an Insurance Broking Company in Mumbai. I need to hire min 50 telecallers in this month. We have tie Ups with 7-8 Placement agencies but nothing is working out. Can anybody please suggest how can i do bulk hiring of telecallers?

Hi,
You wanna finish up all these 50..? its not such a easyest one but you can. 1st you have make a planing. conduct each drive in everyweek end and put more force on agencies and ask them to work out and get exch drive 10 profiles. As well as you should plan on your outcome i.e every drive you should get 15 offers atlest.
Ex: if you have 7 agencies so u should fire on them to get 10 profile each drive. so in week end you will get 65 - 70 profiles and walk in ratio will be 30 and offer roll out is 15.
But you should make every day conferance call meet with your agency partner and ask them to give commitment and fill up the vacancy.

When ever it is a volume Hiring, we need to have our Sourcing plan in place. This plan has to have details at least on : Direct Sourcing (Calling, SMS blast and employee referrals ), Agency. Defined on what number we look at on a daily basis.
Dependency on genesis should be reduced and should collect more references from the walk-in generated. The sourcing should aggressively happen to encourage good walk-ins and energetic recruiters to complete the recruitment cycle . I am sure you will meet all your numbers with this kind of activity.

What is the telly caller rates that you have been offering
And what is the job profile ? Selling insurance ? Cold calls ?
