Dear Friend,
Your question is, can one implement kaizen on HR also or on non manufacturing also?
My answer is - Yes, undoubtedly.
Kaizen as we all aware it's a Japanese word which stand for continuous improvement. Any improvement can be done every where every time by everybody.
In HR and for that matter in our day to day life we tend to do improvement in our routine work / job, may be a small one. In kaizen system, we announce or report our such improvements. HR is is not exception.
I hope I made it clear to you.
