what is the procedure for Transfer of PF Account from previous company to present company and what is the time duration required for complete transfer???

The present company will open a new PF account, then you have to submit Form 13 ( Transfer Form) to the PF office, Then previous contributed fund will be transferred to the new account. The time period will be max. 6 months.
Now processing is in online so the time period may be less.

I am agree with Deearaj but in same subject i want to add one more thing. you have to collect the form-10 from last company and form 05 with current company. with both of these form you have to submit the Form-13 in you local EPF office.

Above given information is right but in this if you are working in good company though you dont need to submitt or visit PF Office just fillup pf transfer form and submit to your finance deparment they will do remaining work related to sending transfer form .

Pl reconfirm the time period for submitting PF transfer Form-13. One of our employee wants to submit PF transfer from previous company to present company.But he joined in our company(Present company) 4 years before. Initially he was not transfering the PF amount.
But he has received new PF number to our company(Present company).
He is neither settled PF amount nor transfet the amount for the past 4 years.
Now he prefers to transfet the PF amount to present company.
Advice on this.
