Request you to suggest me few books & Website links to know about Labour laws, Staturory complainances,Core Hr roles & responsibilities. I was very much disappointed with my manager for not sharing of Knowledge on these topics. I was a goldmedalist in my acedamics, but i am not able to justify my job due to lack of practicle knowledge. Immediate response will be appreciable...Anticipating your kind support.
