Dear all
Just to share with those who are not aware of - EDLI ( Employee deposit linked insurance 0 where the organisation pays 0.51% of basic along with PF for employee insurance, this can be shifted to an insurance company with atleast 5-6 times more benefit at lesser cost . This is approved by RPFC .

its already incorporated under section 17 2B the EPF & MP Act. if any employer or establishment providing better benefit to their employee, in terms of accidents, then he can applied for exemption under the act.

Dear Essykkr, Can you please reproduce the section 17 2B of EPF & MP Act 1952 verbatim for the benefit of you as well as others?
