Hi Sowmya,
I think communication can be improved by practice and help from your seniors. The materials will be beneficial but you need to practice what will be given in that also. Even am looking forward for some materials but only to refresh some of the things. Do get back to me on how you are improving your communication.

Hi Sowmya,
Yes according to me experience is the best way to learn more. In my case it was same i had started working some 2 years back as a HR Exe and i didn't had any one in my team to guide me in my place as all work in the head office. As you have mentioned even i use to think a lot and do the things which i continue even today sometimes when i need to send mails to my Senior most.
So keep doing it and even try to take guidance from people who are close to you in your team that might also help you a lot.
