Hello everyone..., I Want to know that... How to answer a question about Strength and Weakness in an interview...

Hi Anky,

This is a question that would have various answers depending on the person to whom it is asked.

As your strengths you can give a list of traits that helped you grow. As your weaknesses you can share a few traits on which you'd like to work.

You can take help from your friends and family who know you better and ask them this -

What is one best thing about me and one thing that needs improvement.

List their answers and you can have a list of your stregths and weakensses.

This question is asked to individuals in order to understand them better and to understand if or not they'd be able to fit in a particular role.

You'd need to develop traits that'd help you in your career.

For eg: Say you are giving interview for the post of sales person. But patience is something you lack or you're not able to communicate fluently or you lack convincing and negotitation skills.... all this would not help you in your career.

According to your interest area, you can develop your strenghts by working in required area.
