I am Rohit and I need help on Bell curve PMS system, which I need to apply in our firm.
I try to get understanding on bell curve where i got information about Standard Deviation and Mean etc. But still I am not able to Implement the same as per the nature of my company.
Kindly help me on the same and try to make the bell curve in EXCEL as per the data given below.
Firm business nature - NBFC
Work - Get advances from public through agents and invest in infrastructure.
Employees - 600
Please prepare the bell curve in excel where I can judge them on the basis of their yearly targets.
Please advice that how to give rating and judge their performance as per bell curve.
10% Poor
80% Average
10% Excellent on the bell curve.

even I want to know about this , as we have 250 employees & I rated their performance & now my mgt told me to fit this rated performance in bell curve so we can judge them & apprise accordingly
I saw bell curve how to put in Excel ,but now my question is how I relate this with my employees rating,

Work - Call Center, Airport Operations, Fleet Operations, PRO, Recruitment & Relations, IT & Administration, Enforcement & Collections.
Employees - 70

20% Excellent on the bell curve.

and let us know what is the basis for applying the Bell Curve and how you chose those percentages.
