A good presentation.
Motivation is best achieved when success stories are told.
This can be from Epics, History, Corporate success stories, Sports victories etc.
Another point on motivation, is most of them emerge in the wake of adversities.
When fraught with a seemingly insurmountable challenge an individual or
a team rises to the occasion to clinch the honours.
So it would be appropriate to include the sharing of these studies as motivating factors.
