Dear Sir/Madam,
I was recruited in an IT company in September 2011 and after undergoing three months training with it,I was posted in Bangalore in January.I have been on bench since then. Its been over a year now.I used to report regularly in the beginning. But then,I was told that I need not report regularly and that I would get a call for a project,if any.So I stayed at home for 4 months and I got just one call in the meanwhile. But lately the HR sent me a notice that they would take action against me for not having ID swipe records. My question is,if they laid me off,or if I resign now, should I pay any extra amount other than the specified amount in bond agreement as I haven't been used at all by the company for nearly over a year?
Thanks in advance.

Dear Member,

I'm in disarray with the situation explained by you. Could you be able to gratify the following, to make sure that we understand withour difficulty?

- You said -- "undergone three months training", "over a year, being a bench consultant", reporting to?

- If the reporting authority asked you to stop reporting until you get a call, was that in writing or verbal?

- Did you try to reach the HR for further queries within those 4 months?

- What sought of a call have you received (Project/ HR related/ etc)?

- "HR sent me a notice that they would take action against me for not having ID swipe records" -- Dint you feel that it's your right to quetion the HR as the reporting authority asked you to stop reporting & why should they take any action against you as you were just a bench candidate?

- What about your pay/ salary -- were you on-roll?

- How have you been paid?

- Why have you thought that the employer is redudndant to lay you off?

- What for the resignation thought in you?

- Can you explain us clearly about the Bond agreement?

Ensure you give us the accurate data to help us be au fait with the issue and help suggest you the best. Thanks!
