hi friends/sr's,
this is raamz, i completed my mba hr. im fresher. recently i selected as hr in hospital. feb 1st is my joining. they told me to run payroll of jan month after ur joing. im little bit tence for that. can anyone plez guide for that step bye step. there is any documents useful for core hr like payroll, recruitment, employee relations n hr manuals plez send/attach me.

To learn about Payroll, you have to work on it after joining your company. You may, however, search for 'EmpXtrack' on the web and go through their Payroll module. You will surely get some answers to the queries in your mind. Also read the Blog 'Talent Junction' which has some articles on Payroll.
In case your company is already using some payroll software, you need to interact with the service provider or read their training manual (which must have been provided to your company).
