When u say u wanna make a proposal u need to focus on the following,
1. A brief intro about ur Organization
2. what are ur products and services
3. ur core competencies and explanation on why so
4. what is the geography u cud cover on sales and service
5. who r ur target clients
6. partial list of ur existing clients
6. ur request for an appointment with the concerned person
Its better to talk to ur Srs in ur Organization to do such proposals as u r gona represent ur company which shud hav a history and they know the do's and dont's to with clients.
Still, if u can get me more dtls about ur comany and all the above said I cud draft one for u.
