You haven`t provided with the complete information as regards you experience and age. There is no dearth of jobs. What counts is the quality of the candidates for employability. If you can provide the relevant details such as your subjects in graduation, age, experience, employability skills, communication skills etc, proper guidance can be proper.

MBA from ICFAI is of a good standard. With two years experience as HR generalist and your age being around 29 years, you have ample scope for employment as HR Executive/Sr Executive in a large organisation and in Managerial cadre in small organisations with salary ranging between 16,000/- to 25,000/- p.m. With better experience the salary will rise between 10% to 20% on annual basis. Also keep yourself updated with all the important labours laws and statutory compliances. With some knowledge of in security management, facility management and general administration, your employability rate will go up. Wish you all the best.

Hello Nivedita
Even though you are doing MBA through correspondance, it can carry equal value as regular MBA , if you back it up by experinece in HR. i appreciate that you have taken this step to study MBA..You can apply for HR jobs in Public sector banks/ Public sector insurance companies which consider MBA from recognised institutions like IGNOU etc, even if done through correspondance if backed by relevant experience. There is no dearth of opportunities , more so when you are in Mumbai. You can also try retail and I.T sector. All the best
