First list out what skills and knowledge, you have acquired in your back office operations and how you can leverage those skills in combination with your computerskills/knowledge to a job in a software company.Suposing your BPO is dealing with banking products. How your knowledge and skills in dealing with banking products combining with your computer knowledge will be helpful in developing a foftware relating to banking operations. You can thus target in the first intance, those I.T companies which design and prepare banking software.
