Dear Sir/Madam,
Iam working as a manager in psu(probation period now)
Now i got a call letter from govt(pure) They have mentioned abt to get NOC from present employer. But i applied the application before joining this psu.before that i worked in a pvt concern. What should i do...psu official wont give me NOC.
Is this necessary to get NOC from PSU?

Explain the facts to the present employer(PSU) and tell tham that the Government requires an NOC from the present employer and that hough you applied for thispostion before joining the PSU a,since theya re your present employer you need to submit NOC fromthe, Since it sis from PSU to government job, yjey will definitely give you NOC.All teh ebst.
