Dear Mr Ramesh Bhardwaj,
A good presentation made on the traditional lines.
The styles - all of them - have something good and bad about them.
So any one who is very rigid and not amenable to change may find himself in difficulties.
This is so because inherently all styles have their limitations.
As a simple example, Sir Winston Churchill, on whom England desperately banked upon
during Second World War, was voted out during the peace time followed.
Amongst the recent popular ones I liked the One minute manager who changes his style
to suit the occasion.( here of course, we are not to get into a debate between Leadership
and Managerial talents).
