There are some trainees who will be completing 1yr and we wanted to get rid off otherwise they will be joining union . Can u explain me how to get rid off?

- What company/industry are you specifying?
- How many members/ trainees?
- What did you mean by completing 1 year & want to leave specify?
- "to get rid off" is a substaintial word, did you mean to sack them off?

Further to what Sharmila Das mentioned, pl also clarify/confirm the Terms under which the Trainees were inducted in the first place. Were they inducted under the Apprenticeship Act? Are they Graduate or Diploma or ITI Trainees?
Usually, trainees are inducted for a specified period [normally 1 year] followed by a review @ the end of the Training Period. That's the time for the decision to terminate or formal-induction. And usually it's not very tough to terminate those @ this level/stage.
Pl give more details to enable the members to suggest better/accurately.
