Dear all,
I am currently a Year 3 University student who is doing my thesis study that related to the emotions and leadership effectiveness. Hence, I needed people who is leading a team in an organization/institution/company, or has the past experience regarding that.
Thus, if anyone is fulfil the criteria, can you please help me to complete my questionnaire survey. Due to certain circumstances, I need to get it done very quickly. Thanks so much and here\'s the link for the survey.

we didn't change the phrase of the questionnaires due to we are worrying that the changing of the phrases of the questionnaires might affected the validity of the questionnaires.
Our study actually is focusing on emotional contagion, and hence it will be benefited to the leader regarding how emotional contagion will affect the leadership effectiveness.

Agreed but is it proper for you to prepare the thesis basis open websites which has similar credence. Pl do not take it otherwise. I am interested in knowing so to understand how the universities accept such ideas which are available freely on websites & few of it also offers result online.
Also, in your original post you mentioned, "Hence, I needed people who is leading a team in an organization/institution/company, or has the past experience regarding that."
I doubt how can a person who has the past experience of team handling benefit you right now if he is in an individual role. His perception as a leader & as an individual may be different. I suggest you to make it mandatory for such leadership test that the person should be CURRENTLY / AT PRESENT MANAGING A TEAM.
