Dear friend
GOODDAY
It is a nice presentation, really useful.
There is an update on this.
Our Parliment has passed a bill on 23.12.12 ,
Replacing the words
FIFTEEN DAYS SALARY PER YEAR
with
THIRY DAYS PER YEAR.
I will upload the bill copy later in the day
Wishes to all for a good 2013

In Middle east, since there is no concept like P.F and its a TAX FREE salary, Gratuity is paid to every employee and it is calculated on BASIC Salary i.e. 21 days Basic Salary per Annum is paid as GRATUITY.
With profound regards

Dear Anbumar ji, Really it’s a good news for working class but according to my knowledge there is no such bill passed in parliament. I may be wrong. Please post if you have something on it.
