Could you give more details of your company--like present strength, what are the activities, whether Publicly Listed, office location--single or multi, number of departments, etc?
Also, pl confirm if you have discussed this issue with any of the Departmental Heads? Their peripheral involvement WILL be necessary for you to evolve the 5 yr Manpower Plan.
