In my Company last 15 days there is no work for labours because of no work. Today i called 1 person for work. But he is not willing to do the work. So i have to give one warning letter. Anyone can help for this??

This is to warn you that such negligence and misconduct from you will be not be acceptable to the management in future and serious action will be taken against termination of your services with us
