Hi Guys,
In our company one employee has just joined and within 1 month he has taken too many leaves that too uninformed one. Inspite of several verbal and written (via mail )warnings given,there is no improvement seen. Management has decided to terminate him without clearing F&F thing,since he has not completed probation period and is not culture fit
Can any one help me in drafting a termination letter in relation to irregular uninformed attendance and no F&F settlement coz of causual approach,as we have 6 months probationary period too?

hi, we can not terminate any employee without giving notice. if he can not improve in given tim period than we can issue Termination letter.
