1. Contact Recruitment cell of ITI
2. After fixation of Interview date we have conduct a written test along with personal interview with students.
3. Then we have send selected students\'s list to ITI.
4. After receiving list they peoples confirmed the Date of joining of all students.
5. As per schedule received from ITI we have got Bond form (04 copies) from all students along with qualification certificate (attested by gazetted officer).
6. Then we have send 03 copies to Distt. Apprenticeship Adviser for departmental activities.

Dear Kuldeep Ji !
We are already following the procedure like interview, written exam, bond etc. But problem is regarding legal procedure.
I came to know some procedure what I want to share with you:
* Apprentice officer has to assess our concern for recruiting apprentices.
* He will issue a letter to us , giving the strength we are permitted to engage in each category like electrician, welders, or fitters etc.
* Based on that we can recruit and register the appointments with apprentice Officer.
Please inform me if any thing is incorrect here.
Thanking you,
Manas Roy Chowdhury

Dear Mr. Roy,
Presently the ration is 1 apprentice against 7 employees. If you want to Recruit the excess students then you have to take Special permission from District Apprenticeship Advisor.
Recently we have faced this problem. But we have get special approval in this context. So Please Contact Distt. Apprenticeship Adviser he may help you in this context.
